thats true exp. an avi file is 700 mb but mkv is 1.5 gb !!!!

plus you really need a decent computer to even play an mkv file unlike avi which is better for those that have older computers

Anyone knows about any program that allows you to convert .mkv files to .avi without losing it's quality while still keeping the file size reasonable? I tried converting a 300+MB .mkv and it turned out to be 1GB .avi

Lol as Admin has said try using Total Video Converter and set the quality to low. See whether if it's still that big I think mine's around 400mb
Btw i think resizing the video file would greatly decrease the file size as well u would want to try that out
