I wasn't able to find this series, but doing a shortened search, I did find this:

Have you not been able to find the series I requested, or was the above what you intended to fulfill my request?  If it was, then it's the wrong series. Adding the "Hayako-sensei" to the front of the title makes it a different series.

Sorry about the confusion.  Very weird that two different series should have so close to the same titles.
