I wonder if you can duplicate this? I've checked several of the files and there are skipping problems around the beginnings and ending of the opening and ending sequences (songs). In the case of the 2nd episode, they are missing altogether, and I downloaded that particular file twice to see if there was a problem with the transmission of the file, but both are exactly the same.
