I don't whose release is this, but, judging from those sizes, it looks severely bit-starved and not watchable ! thus, requesting a proper release to be uploaded.

This is probably an odd request, but the art shown for this series is from the 2005 version.  Could you use this image instead, which is for the 1984 version (from MAL):
