Singapore produces anime which they steal fansubs from and pose as their own. It has been proven. Not worth buying from Sg anyway. Poor subs + Poor quality = Not worth buying. Original imported DVD are far too expensive.

Same case here in Malaysia. Companies like V-scape, MAC, etc etc and what I was really disappointed is there's even a government seal stating that the vcd/dvd is original.
Now isn't that a case of bribery? or just ignorance toward piracy? God save Malaysia.

I have bought at least 1,000 DVDs of original anime, mostly straight from Japan. I have the whole series of Dragonball all the way to Dragonball GT. I have the whole Sailor Moon collection. Still trying to complete my Bleach coleection but that will take awhile since they are still making new episodes. I have really old animes like Star Blazers and the really old Gundams. It's nice to be able to watch stuff online but I prefer to be able to have the actual thing at home. Especially if your internet goes out.
