If I had the choice I would watch the anime first then read the manga.. I wonder what others prefer to do ...

I like both ways but sometimes when I see a anime that got me interested and if it has a second season,hasn't been finished or doesn't go according to the original story I continue with the manga.But when I read manga that has action scenes in it,I always wonder how it would look if there was a anime if there isn't one.

it depend... some series i start with manga then later they only come out anime,for example To Love RU... some after i watch the anime the only i start read the manga,for example KissXSis... so it depend for me...

Both anime and manga has their differences... or at least if the original author or artists choose it to be different.
Anime would be better for me since I like visual quality like 3D and character songs, etc... but sadly the story doesn't really end like in the manga most of the time.
I only read manga when the anime is so captivating till I have to read it.

or I go to the anime torrent sites to see the new series and find the information in anidb to watch

anime would be the 1st choice. but sometimes anime get super boring (with all the flashbacks and awfully long conversation).

I would watch the anime first. If it drags too long (with or without fillers), i might change to manga, like i did so for bleach and naruto. However, most good animes need not have you read the manga. An exception is Hayate no gotoku, where the anime and manga got slightly different comedy scenes, and hence to catch them all, i watch and read.

Yup plus u can also feel things in the anime, but u can read the manga if u want to know what is going to happen in the anime
