After Idm expired I just the free regular download mangager I found on cnet it works just as well but cant capture video so if you dont want tp pay it's a good alternitive

Best download manager is IDM if you have premium accounts or you are downloading from sites like this. If you use free accounts or don't have any accounts jDownloader is more useful. I always had problems with jDownloader when i try to use my premium accounts.

I use IDM and jdownloader, and it support resume.

i use Orbit Downloader generally, easily resumes downloads from non-resumable sites and grabs videos off of video sites.
