Let me break it down for u...
Angel and Demons -
Language: English
Running Time: 138 mins
Genre: Thriller
Starring: Tom Hanks, Stellan Skarsgard, Ayelet Zurer, Ewan McGregor
Directed by: Ron Howard
Very fast paced movie which is about the same in The "Da Vinci Code" also Starring Tom Hanks as Mr Robert Langdon a well-known Harvard symbologist. However, director Ron Howard tried to position the film adaptation as the sequel to "Da Vinci Code" with additional tweaking to the beginning of the film. As a result the whole timeline and story changes dramatically with the book that was written by Dan Brown. Only savoring some key and important scenes. Not to mention quite a lot of the interesting and exciting scenes are not included in the movie. Nonetheless, people will be astounded and thrilled by the rich Roman history embedded in the movie. Most importantly, if u read the book before u watch the movie, it is going to be a huge disappointment as many things are different and lacking. Speaking from personal experience. But if u haven read the book, i suppose u wunt be getting all the details in the spit second of the movie either. In a nutshell, this movie may not be that much of a hit as compared to Da Vinci Code although the movie seems to be different too if i remembered.
Blood: The Last Vampire
Language: English
Running Time: 91 mins
Genre: Action
Starring: Gianna Jun, Masiela Lusha, Allison Miller,
Directed by: Chris Nahon
An adaptation from the anime Blood: The Last Vampire and Blood+. Saya is a seemingly regular high school girl with a history closely tied to that of vampires. She was born to a human father and a vampire mother, she has been around for centuries and will probably continue to live until death comes raining upon her. So, that is probably the part that interests me but in the movie everything else is so obnoxious. The effects and action is really lacking. Unlike the anime where everything is possible, reality has proven otherwise. Worst part of this movie is that it also deviates from the anime " Blood: The Last Vampire". Nothing is what i expected from this movie. A no-go for anime lovers who wants to watch this being played out with real people and lousy effects. Even if u haven watch the anime before, u probably find this movie artistically disoriented and intriguingly mediocre.
Seems like that is all the time i got for today. Gotta sleep now, long day tomorrow.

The live-action Blood: The Last Vampire... how should I put it... sure that Korean actress (sorry don't know her name) looked similar to the anime version, but just a look at the trailer (and the crappy CG-saturated actions) is enough to put me off of wanting to watch it on the big screen (go to YouTube to watch it, if you haven't already). To make matter worse, the story seems to be altered significantly. For me at least, it is gonna be a waste of money. Just rent the DVD (when it's available) or wait for the free Internet edition.
As for the anime version, BTLV was originally created by Mamoru Oshii as a sort of an experiment to test the fusion of 3D CGI with traditional 2D animation. It's a great piece of original work, not to be miss for fan of the horror genre. The actions is fluidly smooth and visually stunning, with a superbly composed soundtrack (by Yoshihiro Ike). Just love it with Saya barged into the infirmary drawing her katana and slashed it full force on the about-to-transformed Linda, just as the band began to play a nice dance tune not far away on the school dance hall (sorry, spoilers). The only flaw that prevent it from getting nominated for awards is that it is way too short, only about 48 minutes (the reason Blood+ was created, to answer all the unanswered questions raised up in the BTLV)...
For upcoming movie on my must watch list:
-Up
-Public Enemies
-Transformers 2 ~ cause Soundwave & Ravage are gonna appear, and Optimus gonna get his ass kicked big time![ahaha smiley of ahaha]()

Ice age 3!
I love movies that are "animated"
Isn't it nice to watch those characters looking so real but u know they are fake as they are generated by the computer..

I just watched the movie : "Fired up" a nice comedy with plenty of gals and only 2 BOYS!! Imagine that. It's awesome(for guys, no offense to the gals). All the cheer leading (If u like it) and drama (u wunt miss it) and hilarious figure of speech(jokes)... Most importantly, the main actress is so chio... I recommend to watch it with frens. My rating : 4/5 !!!
As for the upcoming transformer 2, dun miss it or u will miss Megan Fox... Howl... Her sex appeal is overwhelming the whole movie and all the action... Dun live to regret !
PS: I am not a lecher, I am just a male who likes GALS.

I am also dissatisfied with the DaVinci Code. Don't interested much with the sequel. I am waiting for the Alice in Wonderland (Tim Burton edition 2010). They said Jonny Deep becomes Mad Hatter in this edition. When it is comes this genre Jonny Deep is admirable.(I remember his performance in the Neverland.)

I just watched Quentin Tarantino's latest movie 'Inglorious Basterds'. A perfect blend of wild but innovative plot, cool-ness, dark humor, heart-wrenching gores, quotable scripts and unexpected finale made this an instant classic. Just imagine a near-perfect blend of historic melodrama-tragedy-comedy-horror-action-adventure.
This movie is a must see, probably Tarantino's best work after Pulp Fiction & Reservoir Dogs, and by far the best movie I've watch this year...
(For those who don't know who Tarantino is, he's the director of Kill Bill 1 & 2, Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs and many more...)
