Why dont you just try to sent your pc into the profesional place that sell computer...They usually can help you to repair it although the money is expensive but if you take your pc to them not asking them to help you take money will not too expensive...We not very can help you like this...

Well probably power supply problem, try removing your HDD and change a new one.
Cuz wiping the hdd mean probably yr OS is corrupted
