The thing is i always heard ppl said " Cartoon is juz for kids" it made me angry coz they dunno the differ of anime and cartoon.
Then i ask them " what anime did u watched?" they said doraemon and shin chan. In my country they assume the anime juz for kids and not for other age. So, what u gonna say to ppl like them?

i'll ask them wacth animes with me, so i don't need to explain what the different between cartoons and animes.

Erm... Actually i think it's quite confusing between cartoon and anime.. The information on the net of cartoon and animation is confusing.

For me, there is no point talking to someone who can't understand what one is talking about... Just ignore him, why waste one's time and energy, better use it to watch anime or read manga...

Chill sonicsyaz. If people dun like anime then prove them wrong. Make them watch with u. Make them want to love it some day. No harm trying. We are different but deep down are from the same roots.
