KOTOKO is J-POP singer. She had sang lots of anime songs such as "Blaze" and "Sociometry" from Shakugan no Shana II, and "Hayate no Gotoku" from the anime with the same title.

I like everything from Vampire Knight. I love this kind of music!
I agree, Vampire Knight has some pretty good songs, if you're in a dark, gothic gregorian mood.
I guess, if you like instrumental music and background music, my recommendations are:
1. Inuyasha
2. Escaflowne
3. Rurouni Kenshin
4. Spirited Away/Princess Mononoke -Joe Hisaishi's works
5. Cowboy Bebop/Lupin III -If you like your jazz
6. Lord of the Rings (It's not anime, but it kinda is and it has great music)
7. Blood+
8. And almost all songs Final Fantasy
Btw, i forgot to add: does anybody have any suggestions for great anime scores? I prefer scores to soundtracks kasi at times... Thanks guys!
