Being an outdated bum, know next to nothing 'bout current Western pop music. Old ears can't stand metal/ trance/ disco music. Don't understand rap/ rock. Listen more to Jazz, anime/ movie soundtracks, some JPops and Classicals.

Well, roughly 85% of the current artists I listened to are JPops and Japanese composers. The rest are divided among Chinese, some western composers (Hans Zimmer, John Williams etc.) and contemporary Jazz (Michael Buble, Jamie Cullum etc.). Practically never follow western pop/ rock or those from other languages (Korean etc.)... I know I'm odd...
