i like utada hikaru singing in jap because japanese people are bad in english and i dont understan what the hell is je/she talking about in english

she moved to america at a young age, she actually sings quite well in english.

i already here her english song still same as other japanese artist

I'm not so sure about that, her accent is better than others.
