i have download bunch of manga from dom dom soft software. and of course to read them, i also use dom dom soft manga reader. It really helped for someone who read digital manga ALOT.

If you're using windows 8, you can go to the store and search for "manga", you'll find a bunch of free manga downloader/reader which gave you the same functionality (and even better performance, like read and download) with good speed.
